Call us direct at (775) 846-5677 to make reservation or email us at rentals@casabaja.com We will hold your casa for up to one year in advance with a deposit (recommended for Christmas and Easter weeks), otherwise most rentals have openings 3-6 months in advance.

We accept personal checks, cashiers checks or payments may be made by Pay Pal. We ask for a minimum of 50% down payment to hold your casa with the remaining balance due 45 days before your arrival date for weekly rentals, and for monthly rentals the full balance is due 60 days before your arrival date at which time the rent becomes non refundable unless we are able to re-rent your casa. All rentals also have a refundable $250.00 damage security deposit in addition to the rent. All rentals include sales tax (the price posted is the full price except for tips which are not included in the rent).

Upon reciept of your deposit we will send you a confirmation receipt and complete information packet with area maps, local maps and list of important telephone numbers.
