El Japonese

Restaurant El Japonese - Buena Vista, Baja California Sur - aka Edgar Burgers   Buena Vista Baja, Edgar Burgers, aka El Japonese, best burgers and papas con asada en el mundo!  Casas de Cortez Baja Vacation Rentals recommends El Japonese for papas y carne asada

We recommend El Japones as our favorite burrito and burger joint, (with a Mexican twist), just a couple of blocks away, located on Mex Hwy 1 in the arroyo north of the Buena Vista School. Long time burger master Edgar puts out a delicious and economical a meal. Edgar's unique creation pictured above is carne asada drizzled with cream sauce, shredded lettuce and tomato salsa (mild and sweet) over a bed of crinkle cut french fries. At only 5000 calories you will not be disapointed in the portion sizes or quality of his superb cooking. There was enough left over for to take home for lunch the next day. Take an easy walk to El Japones (Edgar Burgers) we recommend this as a great secret place!
